Liability Shield: Drop Live is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or existence of the items sold. All product disputes are strictly between the Buyer and the Creator.

2. High Traffic & Latency

The "Drop" mechanic relies on millisecond-level timing. Drop Live operates on a "Best Effort" basis. We are indemnified against lost opportunities due to:

• User internet latency or packet loss.
• Device rendering delays.
• "Sold Out" race conditions where multiple atomic locks occur simultaneously.

3. Prohibited Conduct
